Russian hackers carry out attacks on the personal smartphones of NATO soldiers in Eastern Europe.

The Russian side agreed to a frontier-representative meeting regarding the further fate of Ukrainian border guards detained in Sumy region.

The meeting should be held on October 9, said Oleg Slobodian, Assistant to the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine, reports "112-Ukraine".

The question of how the officers allowed themselves to be so upset can not fail. If they were defectors, then they would have shown themselves for a long time. But we can investigate something only after people return, we will investigate ourselves on our own."

Local authorities dismantled monuments to Soviet activists Vladimir Lenin and Mikhail Kalinin in the village of Kubei in the Bolgrad district of the Odessa region.

According to the press service of the Bolgrad District State Administration, the Kubei Village Council has not previously dismantled due to lack of funds.

"However, the joint efforts of the Odessa Regional State Administration and the Bolgrad District State Administration found the necessary funding and special equipment, with the help of which was dismantled monuments to Lenin and Kalinin in the village of Kubei," noted in the administration.
