The North Korean government used the WannaCry virus-stolen software, stolen from the US National Security Agency

He said that it is safe to say that Pyongyang was behind a hacker attack that struck 200,000 computers in 150 countries around the world, the newspaper writes.
Smith urged governments around the world to do more to protect their citizens from harm.
"Governments need to unite, as it was in Geneva in 1949, and adopt a new digital Geneva Convention that clearly states that these cyber attacks against civilians, especially in peacetime, are beyond the bounds of the international law," - stressed the president of Microsoft.
