Russia is involved in supplying fuel to the Afghan Islamic radical Islamic group Taliban.

This was announced by the head of the NATO Military Committee, General Pyotr Pavel, the Voice of America reports.

Well-known Russian blogger and financier Slava Rabinovich believes Russia's blockade by the UN Security Council resolution on the use of chemical weapons in Syria indicates that the country has a fascist regime.

He expressed this opinion in a column on "Apostrophe".

"The fact of blocking the UN Security Council resolution on the use of chemical weapons in Syria suggests that the UN should be reformed, including the authority of both the Security Council and its members. Near the shores of Norway, near the Spitsbergen archipelago, a Russian helicopter crashed.

This is reported by the Norwegian rescue service.
