Lavrov: US training provoked the launch of the DPRK missile

Russian Foreign Minister says that US training with South Korea in the region provoked the recent launch of the DPRK ballistic missile.
The Russian Foreign Minister said at a press conference at the end of the meeting of the OSCE Council of Ministers.
"There should not have been any training in the area, but there has suddenly begun studying the United States and the Republic of Korea, and here we launch missiles ... The US did so as if they wanted to provoke this launch," he said.
Lavrov added that Russia's position on the DPRK is "unchanged". ""Steps must be taken to de-colonize the conflict, "he said.
