Syria war: human rights activists told about thousands of civilians killed by Russia

Russian troops since the beginning of the military operation in Syria between September 30, 2015 and December 31, 2017, killed at least 5783 civilians, including 1,596 children and 992 women.
This is reported in the report of the human rights organization "Syrian Network for Human Rights" (SNHR).
In addition, it is alleged that Russian military personnel involved the death of 53 doctors, and also carried out attacks on about 817 vital civilian objects, including 141 attacks on medical institutions.
Attention is also drawn to the fact that Russian troops carried out 217 attacks using cassette munitions and 113 attacks using inflammable munitions.
According to human rights activists, 2.3 million people became refugees as a result of hostilities in Russia, Syrian government forces and armed groups in Iran.
