Suspects arrested in organizing a deadly blast in Britain

The British police arrested three people on charges of organizing an explosion in a residential building in Leicester and.
This is reported by the BBC.
All three are about thirty years old, they are from different parts of England not far from Leicester.
The police also once again stated that there is no reason to speak of an explosion as a terrorist attack.
Recall that an explosion in a supermarket , on the first floor of a dwelling house, occurred late in the evening on February 25. As a result of the explosion, the building was destroyed, killing 5 people, including three from one family - mother and two sons. Also, the girl of one of the sons was lost, and the supermarket employee on the ground floor.
