Russia blocks the work of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission to hide from the world its disasters in the Donbas.

"Russia and its forces are constantly blocking the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission in disregard of their commitments. Russia does not want the world to see that it has created a humanitarian, economic and environmental catastrophe in the Donbass. The time has come for peace in Ukraine," said the American diplomat.
As reported by the "Apostrophe", Volker earlier said Ukraine would be in a disadvantaged situation if it did not prolong the law on the special status of the Donbas . According to him, it would be logical for the Ukrainian side to continue to press Russia.
