The reaction of the Kremlin elite to new US sanctions has shown panic in its ranks and fear of President Vladimir Putin.

Such an opinion was expressed by the Russian oppositionist Konstantin Borovyi to the "Apostrophe".

"Putin's entire surroundings are people who are in the chamber with their violent leader, and their reaction is fear and fear. This is a very good and correct reaction - and they will have to choose: either to play with Putin in that he is Napoleon in this Chamber, or to do what they do in the ward with the patient, which becomes dangerous for others.
