The network has published a unique technique of the US Army, which is used by the military and helps to fall asleep within 120 seconds.
As the Daily Mail notes, the technique of rapid immersion in sleep was designed to protect soldiers from mistakes in the management of military equipment.
At the same time, such a method does not require any extraordinary effort. The main thing to do is relax and engage in visualization.
Full exercise looks like this:
1. relax your facial muscles - including the tongue, lower jaw and muscles around the eyes;
2. Lower the shoulders as low as possible and relax your hands, placing them freely along the body;
3. focus on slow breathing. Exhale, relax your chest, abdomen and leg muscles right up to the stop;
4. After your body is completely relaxed, try to clear the mind, getting rid of any thoughts.
In order to complete this stage, the authors of the method advise three variants of visualization.
A. Imagine lying in a boat on a quiet lake, and above you only clear blue sky;
B. You are resting in a black velvet hammock that hangs in a completely dark room;
B. Repeat for yourself in a calm tone: Do not think, do not think, do not think - until you fall asleep.
According to the study, 96% of people who started using this technique, after six weeks without problems, can fall asleep in just 2 minutes, regardless of the situation.
