Pyongyang has decided on the final dismantling of the Tonchann missile, it says in a joint statement on the outcome of the inter-Korean summit.
According to censor.NET, referring to Interfax-Ukraine, the statement was signed by the leader of the DPRK, Kim Jong Yin and the President of South Korea, Mun Zhe Yin.
The document notes that North Korea is ready to allow foreign observers to be controlled.
The DPRK is planning to dismantle the nuclear reactor in Yonben, as mandated by the United States, the statement said.
Dismantling of the nuclear reactor in Yonben is foreseen by the agreements on the denuclearization of the Korean Peninsula, achieved at the June meeting of the DPRK leader Kim Jong-il and US President Donald Trump in Singapore.
According to Moon Cze Yin, the two Korean states first agreed on concrete steps in the field of denuclearization, and North Korea also agreed to eliminate "all sources of conflict" on the Korean peninsula. The parties reiterated their readiness for more vigorous efforts to transform the Korean Peninsula into a "nuclear-weapon-free zone".
The agreement, which provides for the reduction of tensions and the risks of military clashes, signed by the ministers of defense of two Koreas, provides a number of concrete measures in this area.
In particular, it was agreed to create a buffer zone in the Yellow Sea in which artillery fire and naval training will not be conducted.
In the area of the demarcation line separating the two states, a zone will be created, it will free ground military exercises and artillery fire.
To prevent a collision of aircraft, the document provides for the creation of a flight zone.
The parties will reduce the number of border posts.
The parties reached an agreement on a number of issues of bilateral relations.
In particular, by the end of 2018, the parties agreed to start work on connecting rail and road in the west and east.
The leaders of the DPRK and South Korea have agreed to form a single Korean team for participation in the Olympic Games and cooperation in the field of the general holding of the 2032 Olympics.
Kim Jong-il has said that in order to further develop relations between the two countries, he agrees to visit Seoul in the near future.
Earlier, a representative of the South Korean president's office told reporters that three main topics were introduced in the order of the leaders talks: improving and developing inter-Korean relations, promoting negotiations on denuclearization between North Korea and the United States, and reducing the level of military tension and preventing the threat of a war between South and North Korean peninsula
Before leaving for Pyongyang, Munch Chzhe Ying said: "My visit to North Korea will be of great significance if it can lead to the restoration of the North Korea-US dialogue."
On Tuesday, Kim Jong-il thanked Mong Zhe Yin for his efforts to establish contacts with US President Donald Trump and the first North Korean-American Summit.
Earlier, as it was reported, the DPRK leader sent a letter to Trump about a second meeting.
