Putin admitted in the work of his people with militants in Donetsk and Luhansk
Political scientist Alexei Chesnakov, close to the assistant to the president of the Russian Federation, Vladislav Surkov, admitted that in the territory of the occupied Donbas, political technologists work in agreement with the administration of Vladimir Putin.
He said this in an interview with RIA Novosti.
"As far as the work of political technologists is concerned, they appear everywhere where the elections are held. It's the same thing: I know that in Donetsk and Luhansk in connection with the upcoming November 11, the same political scientists working with the republics in 2014 work in the polls. - the famous "Patriot" and "Seagull" - I personally know them. They work there with the consent of the employees of the border management department, "said Chesnakov.
"I look, I decided not to play the" civil war "any more. The direct text assistant Surkov says that the so-called" DPR elections "are organized by the Presidential Administration," wrote Ukrainian journalist Denis Kazansky in his Twitter.
As reported by the "Apostrophe", a previously well-known journalist revealed Putin's plan to Donbas. According to him, Russia will in any case not allow the appearance of a peacekeeping mission in the Donbas.

The US Navy told why Poroshenko would go down in history

The US Navy told why Poroshenko would go down in history
Harry Tabach, a retired United States Navy commander, said that any state leader may not be an ideal for all and can not always act properly, but sometimes he must make controversial decisions, so that President Poroshenko will go down in history as a leader, who saved the Ukrainian state.
He stated this on the Ukrlife.TV channel.
The commander stressed that the most important thing at the present time is that Ukraine did not collapse for 4 years, because four years ago many thought that Ukraine would cease to exist or at least split into several parts. He added that it is necessary to admit that there is at least some kind of economy in the country, as well as certain institutes of democracy were preserved, while Petro Poroshenko had another way in the form of declaring a martial law and provoking an even greater war. At the same time, according to a former American officer, nobody could blame him for it, since the invasion of the aggressor country was obvious, but he chose a peaceful way.
In addition, Harry Tabach noted that it would be easy for President Poroshenko to shut down his TV channels, as well as democratic institutions, as did the dictator Putin. The commander in retirement assures that Russia's bloodthirsty head was given more difficult, because he can not justify such actions in peacetime, but the Ukrainian leader did not dare to criticize such decisions.

Currency panic among Russians: a well-known financier gave a sad forecast for Russia
Most of the Russians in connection with the policy of decentralization will not be able to subsequently receive payments on their foreign currency deposits.
This is in the column on "Apostrophe" written by Russian financier and blogger Slava Rabinovich.
"The policy of decentralizationnothing will help the Kremlin. What is "devolarization", neither the Kremlin nor nobody else really understands. The vast majority of settlements in international trade is carried out in dollars. In itself, the decline of Russia in its direct sense was carried out long ago: in Russia, all are calculated among themselves rubles, no settlements in dollars within Russia are not conducted. And if Russia is covered by sanctions for Putin's crimes and his RAM, which would limit the use of dollars by some banks (such as VTB), in such a scenario, Kostin, wanting to cover his ass, so that he would not have any consequences in the courts, when he and his bank VTB did not will be able, for example, to give depositors money from dollar deposits, will give a signal to Putin that he make some decrees. In order to allow Kostin de jure to not give the population deposits in dollars. That's the whole story"- he is sure.

Putin gave young Russians brain toxicosis

Putin gave young Russians brain toxicosis
Because of the saturation with the pro-Putin propaganda of the Kremlin, Russia does not expect anything good.
This is sure Russian writer Viktor Shenderovich.
"There is no good Russian society waiting, and the degree of intoxication that we are witnessing today certainly will not go unpunished. It does not go away, even if we anticipate that this propaganda intoxication will be stopped tomorrow, then years will be spent on the treatment of society. For two decades Putin's government has gone a long way in degrading society, and this is the main drama. And it's not even about Putin's figure, Putin is a symptom of a curse, so he responded to some inquiries in society, but to a large extent These demands are being formed by the authorities themselves, and I have always said that the responsibility of the elite is that it forms the rules of conduct. And when they are nodding in society, they say that it chooses this power, this is the society already formed by Putin's twenty-year rule, "says he.
According to him, Russia, pumped up by propaganda, spoils blood not only to Russians, but "everyone who is on the perimeter of Russia."
"There has already been a generation that knows nothing but Putin, and when you communicate with such a person, you realize that the brains are already simply imbued with propaganda, and it is necessary to engage in the education of this generation every day, but they are not allowed to do that. I can speak all over the world, but not in Russia, and this problem of illness by propaganda, the toxicity of our elites - brings misery not only to Russians, but also to everyone who is on the perimeter of Russia", - is sure Shenderovich

"I think I'm very tough with him personally," - US president on his relations with Putin

"I think I'm very tough with him personally," - US president on his relations with Putin
U.S. President Donald Trump says he was very tough with President Vladimir Putin of Russia at July summit in Helsinki, Finland.
As reported by Censor.NET, Lesley Stahl, a correspondent for CBS News asked Trump during an interview why did he never have a harsh word for Vladimir Putin publicly.
"I think I'm very tough with him personally. I had a meeting with him. The two of us. It was a very tough meeting and it was a very good meeting," the U.S. president said.
Besides, President Trump says he provides much more assistance to Ukraine army than his predecessor Barack Obama has ever done.
"I'm the one that gave Ukraine offensive weapons and tank killers. Obama didn't. You know what he sent? He sent pillows and blankets. I'm the one-- and he's the one that gave away a part of Ukraine... ," he stressed.
As reported, Putin and Trump met in Helsinki, Finland, on July 16.
The Helsinki meeting came less than a week after the Justice Department announced the indictments of 12 Russian military intelligence officials for allegedly engaging in a "sustained effort" to hack Democrats' emails and computer networks during the 2016 election campaign. Special counsel Robert Mueller is investigating possible links between Trump campaign associates and Russia as part of his probe into Moscow's attempts to interfere in the 2016 election.
U.S. Senator John McCain, Chairman of the Senate Armed Services Committee, said in a statement that "press conference in Helsinki was one of the most disgraceful performances by an American president in memory. The damage inflicted by President Trump’s naive, egotism, false equivalence, and sympathy for autocrats is difficult to calculate. But it is clear that the summit in Helsinki was a tragic mistake."

Russia deployed its thugs to stage provocations in temples on Oct. 14, - Poroshenko

Russia deployed its thugs to stage provocations in temples on Oct. 14, - Poroshenko
The Kremlin was so impatient waiting for someone to storm the Ukrainian churhes during a grateful prayer in Kyiv on Oct. 14, that it even placed its "titushky", which were supposed to play this role.
President Petro Poroshenko said at a meeting with the Exarchs of the Ecumenical Patriarchate in Ukraine - Bishop Hilarion of Edmonton and the Western Eparchy of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church (UOC) in Canada and Archbishop Daniel of Pamphylia and the Western Eparchy of the UOC in the United States of America, Censor.NET reports citing the presidential press office.
"I am sure that we must search for peace and exactly the way October 14th passed - the Day of the Defender of Ukraine, the Day of Pokrova, when the Ukrainian political forces and the entire Ukrainian people, on the contrary, united and did not fall for Moscow’s provocation. For they were so impatient waiting for someone to storm the temples, that there would be fights somewhere. They even prepared their "titushky", which were supposed to play this role," he said.
According to the president, the Lord ensured that everything happened, happens and will happen in a completely peaceful way.
"For our part, we will do everything we can so that the efforts aimed to create the Autocephalous Orthodox Church in accordance with the decisions of the Synod, the Mother Church and the Ecumenical Patriarch are made in due time, peacefully and in line with the expectations of the Ukrainian people," the head of state summed up.
On April 17, 2018, President Poroshenko said Ukraine was closer than ever before to creating an autocephalous united local church.
On Sept. 2, hierarchs held meetings (Synaxis) of the Hierarchy of the Ecumenical Throne Constantinople (Istanbul, Turkey) to confirm that the Church of Constantinople is authorized, without the consent of other churches, to grant autonomy, or autocephaly, to a church that has requested it. This paves the way for autocephality of Ukraine's church. Further measures, such as the adoption of documents at the Synod, are expected to be taken in October.
Subsequently, on Sept. 7, Ecumenical Patriarchate has appointed two Exarchs in Kyiv as part of preparations for granting autocephaly to Ukraine's Orthodox church. "Within the framework of the preparations for the granting of autocephaly to the Orthodox Church in Ukraine, the Ecumenical Patriarchate has appointed as its Exarchs in Kyiv His Excellency Archbishop Daniel of Pamphilon from the United States, and His Grace Bishop Hilarion of Edmonton from Canada, both of whom are serving the Ukrainian Orthodox faithful in their respective countries under the Ecumenical Patriarchate," the Ecumenical Patriarchate said in an announcement.
On Sept. 25, the UOC-MP declared that it was demanding that the Patriarchate of Constantinople withdraw its exarchs from Ukraine. In particular, the Holy Synod of the UOC-MP at a meeting held in the Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra September 25, expressed its attitude regarding the appointment of the Exarchs of the Constantinople Patriarchate to Kyiv.
On Oct.11, 2018, Ecumenical Patriarchate has decided to proceed to the granting of autocephaly to the Church of Ukraine. In addition, the legal binding of Synod’s Letter of 1686 was abolished, thus pulling the Kyiv Metropolis from under Moscow jurisdiction. The Ecumenical Patriarchate also reinstated head of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church of the Kyiv Philarchate Filaret and head of the Ukrainian Autocephalous Orthodox Church Makariy in their canonical status.
On Oct. 12, the Ukrainian Orthodox Church of the Kyiv Patriarchate (UOC-KP) called for the episcopate, clergy and believers of the Ukrainian Autocephalous Orthodox Church (UAOC) and the Ukrainian Orthodox Church of the Moscow Patriarchate (UOC-MP) to begin preparations for a unifying Council.
On Oct. 15, the Holy Synod of the Russian Orthodox Church decided to break the eucharistic communication with the Ecumenical Patriarchate.

Russia blames Ukraine for Soyuz rocket booster failure
Kremlin-sponsored media outlet alleges the reason for the recent failure on the Russian Soyuz spacecraft may be "sabotage".
"The Soyuz rocket, which flight was aborted minutes after it took off from the Baikonur Cosmodrome, was equipped with a Ukrainian-made control system, the media found out. Sources also report that sabotage is not ruled out," Russian NTV channel tweeted on Monday, Censor.NET reports.
On Oct. 12, NASA astronaut Nick Hague and Russian cosmonaut Alexey Ovchinin survived an emergency landing following a booster failure on the Soyuz rocket carrying them to the International Space Station.

Tymoshenko named three key decisions to be urgently passed by the Council
Yulia Tymoshenko urged Verkhovna Rada to immediately vote for three moratorium, which at the legislative level prohibit heat tariff increase, shadow privatization of 49% of the GTS and sale of agricultural land.
This was Yulia Tymoshenko at a meeting of the Conciliation Council of the leaders of parliamentary factions and groups.
According to her, today the tariffs for heat for the population are being increased by 23%.
In order to protect Ukrainians from intentions of the authorities, the Batkivshchyna team submitted to the Verkhovna Rada a draft resolution on a moratorium on raising the price of natural gas for the needs of the population (No. 9198).
In addition, Yulia Tymoshenko reminded that the moratorium on the sale of agricultural land ends. In view of this, "Batkivshchyna" demands to immediately put to vote the bills №5223 and number 5476 on the extension of the moratorium on land sales and the prohibition of targeted alienation.
"The abuses against peasants in the country are large. Today, agrarians are going to announce an ultimatum," said the head of the party, and noted that at present the authorities have created obstacles for the farmers to take advantage of the harvest.
"50% raised tariffs for the use of cars, and began to withdraw from the work of the railway stations, which artificially stop the sale of crops, 92 stations stopped!" - the leader of the "Batkivshchyna" became indignant.
Yulia Tymoshenko stressed the importance of adopting another moratorium - selling 49% of the domestic gas transportation system. She also said that she had visited Donetsk, Lugansk and Dnipropetrovsk region last week, where she talked to people about urgent issues.
"People are brought to extreme poverty. The departure of young people, the creative class is becoming massive," - summed up the politician.

Russian clerics sever ties with Constantinople over 'encroachment' on Russian Orthodox Church's canonical territory
The Holy Synod of the Russian Orthodox Church, which gathered in Minsk, Belarus, on Oct. 15, decided to break the eucharistic communication with the Ecumenical Patriarchate.
"At the meeting of the Holy Synod of the Russian Orthodox Church, held in Minsk on October 15, 2018, the Statement of the Holy Synod was adopted in connection with the encroachment of the Constantinople Patriarchate on the canonical territory of the Russian Orthodox Church," says a statement on the website of the Russian Orthodox Church, Censor.NET reports citing UNIAN.

Poroshenko: "By severing relations with Constantinople, Russian Orthodox Church placed itself on path of self-isolation"
By breaking off eucharistic communion with the Patriarchate of Constantinople, the Russian Orthodox Church has placed itself on the path of self-isolation and conflict with the entire Orthodox world.
Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko said at a meeting with Exarchs of the Constantinople Patriarchate in Kyiv on Tuesday, Censor.NET reports citing Interfax-Ukraine news agency.
"With the obvious order of the Kremlin, the leadership of the aggressor country, the Russian church authorities fully dependent on it declared a breakup of Christian communion with the Mother Church of Constantinople. I am convinced that such a reaction from the spiritual and secular Russian authorities and the church leadership, fully dependent on the Russian authorities, confirms that we are on the right track. Just as Russia opposed itself to the whole world in matters of Russian aggression in the east of our state, the illegal annexation of Crimea, its position on Abkhazia, on Ossetia, on Transdniestria, now, unfortunately, the Russian Church has also put itself on the path of self-isolation and conflict with the whole world Orthodoxy," the president said.

Dodon declared "loyalty to our only church" and proposed to hold the Council of the Russian Orthodox Church in Moldova
Moldovan President Igor Dodon said that Moldova was and will remain a canonical territory of the Moscow Patriarchate.
About this, commenting on the situation, he told TASS, informs Censor.NET.
"I propose to hold the All-Orthodox Cathedral in the territory of Moldova. The situation that has developed in the Orthodox world, causes me, the Orthodox person, a deep regret and anxiety," Dodon said.
He assured that "Moldova was and will remain a canonical territory of the Moscow Patriarchate."
"The Moldavian Metropolitanate was established in 1813 by the efforts of our great saint Gabriel Benulescu-Bodoni within the framework of the Russian Orthodox Church, and we will remain loyal to our only church," Dodon emphasized.
On September 14, an official statement was passed to the extraordinary Synod of the Russian Orthodox Church in Moscow , in which it was said that if the "anticanonical activity of the Constantinople Patriarchate in the territory of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church" ROC "continues, it will be forced" to break the eucharistic communication.
At the same time, the Synod of the ROC decided to suspend co-ordination with the hierarchs of the Patriarchate of Constantinople and to stop its participation in the structures where its representatives presided. And do not mention more of the Patriarch of Constantinople during the liturgy.
On October 11, the Constantinople Synod withdrew an anathema from the leader of the self-proclaimed "Kyivan Patriarchate" Filaret Denysenko, acknowledging his canonical organization and other structure of Ukraine - the UAOC. In addition, Constantinople announced the restoration of its rights to the Metropolitan of Kiev and annulled Tomos more than 300 years ago to transfer this metropolitan to Moscow.
On Monday, October 15, the Synod of the Russian Orthodox Church recognized that its further stay in the Eucharistic communion with the Constantinople Patriarchate was impossible.
