Putin's investigators opened a case against Fahrion for "calls to destroy the Russian Federation"

The Office for the Investigation of Crimes related to the use of prohibited means and methods of warfare, CSO Sledkoma Russia opened a criminal case against former deputy of Ukraine Irina Fahrion on grounds of crimes provided by Part 4 of Article 33, Nos. "And l" h. 2 Article 105 of the Criminal Code (incitement to commit murder), Article 282 Part 1 of the Criminal Code (incitement of hatred or hostility, and humiliation of human dignity). This was reported on the website of the Russian Federation Sledkoma.
According to the investigation, "October 15, 2014 at a rally nationalist, held in Kiev, the deputy of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, Irina Fahrion public, including the mass media, made a destructive and violent call to action, prompting Russia to destroy the state and Russian as a group of individuals on a national basis. "
"According to the statements was conducted and psycho-linguistic forensic examination, the conclusions of which explicitly confirmed the criminal nature of the allegations Fahrion," - noted in Sledkome Russian Federation.
