Trump did not believe intelligence given, due to Putin's words - ex-head of the FBI
US President Donald Trump did not believe the US intelligence, who told him about the ability of North Korean ballistic missiles to reach the shores of the United States, because Russian leader Vladimir Putin assured him that there was no such weapon in the DPRK
This was stated by former FBI leader Andrew McCabe in an interview with CBS News.
"I do not care, I believe in Putin," McCabe gave the response that Trump allegedly gave the American intelligence report.
When exactly this dialogue took place, the ex-head of the FBI did not specify. As the TV channel explains, McCabe himself did not attend this event. On the conversation with Trump explorer, he, as he said, learned "from a colleague from the FBI, who was at this meeting."
During the talks, according to the former head of the FBI, Tramp discussed a number of issues. One of them concerned "recent launches of rockets by the authorities of North Korea."
"In essence, the president said that he did not believe that the North Koreans could hit a ballistic missile here in the United States, and he did not believe it, because President Putin told him that they had not done so. Putin told him, that North Koreans actually do not have these missiles, "McCabe told.
At the same time, special services tried to bring the American president back, the ex-head of the FBI underlined.
"Representatives of the intelligence during the briefing stated that this does not correspond to the intelligence information our government possesses," said McCabe, adding that he was shocked by such comments by the president.
Earlier, Andrew McCabe stated in an interview with the CBS channel that the US Department of Justice had discussed the removal of President Donald Trump from office.

Minsk and Warsaw will discuss the location of the "Fort Trump" in Poland - a permanent US military base - Speaker of the Parliament of Belarus
Minsk and Warsaw are ready to discuss the possible deployment of the so-called "Fort Trump" (in the name of US President Donald Trump) in Poland - a permanent US military base, said the head of the Council of the National Assembly of Belarus Mikhail Myasnikovich.
As informs Censor.NET with reference to Interfax-Ukraine, this Myasnikovich said in an interview to the ONT channel on the basis of his visit to Poland.
"The Polish side, I think, has heard our concern (possible deployment of the base. - Ed.) There will be appropriate dialogues at the level of defense ministers and also through the ministries of foreign affairs," he said.
According to him, during the discussion about the possible placement of the base, the Polish side "responded very constructively and assured both at the level of the foreign minister and the president that in any case it should not lead to any kind of escalation of tension."
At the end of last year, President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko said that Minsk and Moscow are looking for an adequate and unnecessary response to the possible deployment of a permanent US military base in Poland.
"Of course, it worries us. If, say, in Poland, they say they are willing to spend millions of dollars to place (...) some" trump fort", of course, we are not idiots and of course react to it", - Lukashenko then said.
"Of course, we, with our main ally (Russia - Ed.), Are thinking about how we can resist this and how to find an adequate response with minimal cost," added the president of Belarus.
Later, he also said that the republic "will need a new missile weapon" if "Fort Trump" will appear in Poland.

Putin is a little more terrible: the US military has issued a dangerous forecast for the world
Following the overthrow of Vladimir Putin, Russia is waiting for a civil war, resulting in a nuclear weapon owned by Moscow that can be dispersed around the world.
This opinion was expressed in an interview with the "Apostrophe" by an ex-representative of NATO in Russia, a US military contributor, Harry Tabach.
"I... I know exactly one thing that, when Putin is not there, there will be confusion and a civil war, because he got rid of all democratic institutions. It would be easier for the president of Ukraine to get rid of all democratic institutions, because in the country there is a war, but you managed to keep them. Putin, even in peacetime, managed to get rid of them," says Tabakh.
He notes that right after Putin's overthrow, "all these kings will begin to grab power and win each other". Thus, as Tabakh convinced, real danger to the world lies.
"It's very dangerous, they say that the States have smashed the Soviet Union-nothing like this."Bush traveled many times in the USSR and asked Gorbachev to keep the Union, because the United States did not want nuclear weapons to go away, and then it was agreed that all the allied countries have given Russia nuclear weapons. Now, if Russia collapses, nuclear weapons can go round the world again, so there is a very high risk, but it's more terrible or that I do not know the fact that a person like Putin is in power. which is worse,"- he adds.

Putin draws Ukraine into another trap: in the US, they have noticed hints of Hitler
Russian President Vladimir Putin is trying to strike at the Donbass a dangerous adventure with international peacekeepers.
Such an opinion in an interview with "Apostrophe" was expressed by the captain of the first rank of the United States Navy in retirement, the ex-representative of NATO in Russia Harry Tabach.
"Vladimir Volodymyrovych (Putin, "Apostrophe") is very cunning, he says: yes, peacekeepers should be, I am for peace, even if there are Americans, Germans, Tatars, but he wants to put them between federal Ukraine and separatist Ukraine. It should be on the border with Russia, between them and your territory," says Tabakh.
He warns that it will be very unwise for Ukraine to accept this adventure.
"But Putin knows what to say, because people who do not think in detail think that he is right to say and do it. But Hitler said the same thing: he is for peace and is trying to stop the war in every way. I do not see the difference between the speeches of Putin and Hitler, "the military said.
Tabakh, who previously served in the UN, said that the organization is skeptical about the organization.
"We, who served in the UN, decipher the name as - useless nobodies - useful to no one, because the United Nations has never prevented anything and stopped nothing," he stressed.

After the termination of the agreement on missiles Ukraine has the right to build weapons with a range of damage to 550 km - ex-ambassador to the United States Pifer
Former US Ambassador to Ukraine Stephen Pypher noted that not only Russia, but also other states that became successors of the USSR, with the exception of the Baltic States, participated in the Treaty on Medium-and-Up Range Missiles.
After the termination of the Treaty on the elimination of medium and short range missiles (DRSMD), Ukraine will be able to create ballistic missiles with a range of up to 550 km. Such an opinion in an interview with Radio Liberty was expressed by former US Ambassador to Kiev Stephen Pifer, reports Censor.NET.
"We have an agreement involving the United States, Russia and other states that have become successors of the USSR, with the exception of the Baltic States. And on the spot of Ukrainians, I would ask myself:" Why should I comply with the agreement, which also leaves Russians? and Americans? "And if this deal goes down in history, I think: Ukraine has the full right to build missiles with a range from 500 to 550 kilometers," he said.
The diplomat noted that there is another question - do Ukrainians want to build such missiles.
"But if the agreement on the RCDD stops, then the prohibitions imposed by this treaty will also disappear, and Ukraine will not have a legal obligation not to create such missiles. But whether they thought about it Russians - I'm not sure about this," - curled Pifer

Britain will strengthen its military presence in the Arctic through Russia
Britain will increase its military presence in the Arctic to defend NATO's northern flank from Russia
About this, Defense Secretary of the United Kingdom Gavin Williamson said during a visit to the location of British marines on the Norwegian military base Bardufoss, according to The Telegraph.
According to the minister, London has developed a 10-year plan to increase the military presence in the Arctic. Every year there will be training for a thousand British marines. To curb the activity of Russian submarines in the region, anti-submarine Boeing P-8 Poseidon will attack Arctic airspace.
Williamson said that the activity of Russian submarines in the Atlantic has grown ten times in recent years. If in 2010 the Royal Navy captured only one Russian submarine approaching the territorial waters of the United Kingdom, then in 2017 already there were 33 such incidents.

The court in Russia will consider appeals to continue the arrest of four more Ukrainian sailors

The court in Russia will consider appeals to continue the arrest of four more Ukrainian sailors
The Moscow City Court will consider appeal complaints against the decision of the Lefortovo District Court to extend the terms of detention for another four Ukrainian sailors.
This is reported by Censor.NET with reference to Facebook lawyer Nikolai Polozov.
It is noted that these are Ukrainian sailors: Victor Bespalchenko, Vladislav Kostyshyn, Volodymyr Lisovy, Volodymyr Varimez.
The next meeting of seamen will take place on February 20.
Previously, it was reported that the court in Moscow recognized the legal extension of the term of arrest of 16 of the 24 Ukrainian sailors, which Russia illegally detained in the Kerch Strait.
Recall that on November 25, the Navy of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported that the Russian Federation's border ships committed aggressive actions against Ukrainian ships that were carrying out a planned transition from the port of Odessa to the port of Mariupol of the Azov Sea. In particular, the Russian border ship "Don" carried a ram of the Ukrainian raiding tug, which damaged the main engine of the ship, lining and liner fencing, and also lost the life raft. The Navy of the Armed Forces of Ukraine emphasizes that the intention to implement the transition was warned in advance and acted within the framework of international law.
At the same time, the Russian Federal Security Service states that the three Ukrainian warships in the Azov Sea "illegally entered the territorial waters of the Russian Federation and headed to the Kerch Strait."
As a result of illegal actions of Russian security forces, three ships of the Ukrainian Navy were captured and 24 Ukrainian servicemen captured. The Russian-controlled Russian court of the occupied Simferopol has chosen a precautionary measure for 24 sailors in custody until January 25, 2019.
On November 30, seamen were transported to Moscow: 21 Ukrainians were taken to the Moscow Siege "Lefortovo", and three wounded - in "Sailor's Ticks".
On January 15 and 16, the Lefortovo Court of the Russian Federation decided to extend the term of seizure of 24 captured Ukrainian sailors for three months . Consequently, they will remain under arrest at least until the end of April.

NATO fighters will conduct training flights over the territory of Estonia
NATO fighter aircraft this week will fly on low altitude over the territory of Estonia.

According to the decision of the Council of the North Atlantic Alliance, the air defense of the Baltic States, the NATO air forces are rotated on March 29, 2004, when Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia, which do not have their fighters, became members of the alliance.
The airspace protection of the Baltic States is part of the concept of "smart defense", whose purpose is to preserve the resources of the Alliance. Another unit of the NATO Air Force is located at the airbase in the Lithuanian Siauliai.

Russia through US sanctions failed to launch the production of aircraft MS-21

Russia through US sanctions failed to launch the production of aircraft MS-21
States and Japan stopped supplying Moscow with composite materials needed for aircraft construction. Now the Russians are trying to invent an alternative to them.
About the failure of the beginning of serial production of planes Censor.NET reports with reference to "Vesti".
General Director of the Rostech Corporation Sergei Chemezov said that the period of production of the first series of passenger aircraft of the MS-21 has to move for a year.
The reason was the refusal by the United States to supply the composite materials needed to manufacture airplanes, he explained. In this regard, the release of the first MS-21 will be postponed for a year. Now they are planning to start production not earlier than the end of 2020, said Chemezov.
"Due to the fact that the Americans stopped the supply of composite materials, we are turning to their composite materials.... We had already the end of this year to launch the first aircraft in a series, now it will move somewhere until the end of 2020," - said the head of "Rostech".
MS-21 is a Russian short-range narrow-gauge passenger plane, the first flight of which took place on May 28, 2017. Serial production of the aircraft was planned to begin in 2017, however, due to sanctions against UAC corporations and Rostech, the terms have been repeatedly postponed.
