The new leader of the Yemeni "Al Qaeda" has called for attacks on the US

The new leader of "al-Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula" Qasim al-Raymi urged his followers to continue the struggle against the United States and prepare new attacks on American citizens and military personnel.
According to news agencies, calls for "direct their arrows and swords" against the Americans in the first speech sounded al-Raymi as the leader of the Yemeni "Al-Qaeda". Audio of the speech appeared on the Internet.
Qasim al-Raymi headed "Al-Qaeda" in Yemen since mid-June by his predecessor Nasser al-Wahishi was killed in a US air strike.
Al-Wahishi called the second man in the "Al-Qaeda". He was an assistant to former leader Osama bin Laden, and in 2007 headed the Yemeni cell of "al-Qaeda".
In the US, al-Wahishi considered responsible for the preparation of a failed explosion on board an aircraft in 2009.
