Putin advises everyone to learn Russian

Russian President Vladimir Putin expressed confidence that you need to learn the Russian language. He said this at a press conference after the summit of the BRICS and the SCO in Ufa, said "Russian news service."
Responding to questions about the prospects of the BRICS and about what language to learn, given the strengthening of the role of the Union on the world stage, Putin expressed confidence that you need to learn the Russian language.
