Poland and the Netherlands launch a channel to counter the propaganda of the Russian Federation

Poland and the Netherlands propose to establish a European Union Russian-language TV channel to effectively counter Russian propaganda in the media.
This July 20 in Brussels, Foreign Minister of Poland Grzegorz Schetyna, reports " Polish Radio ".
This initiative will be presented in the meeting of heads of diplomacy of the EU.
Schetyna said that on 10 September in Warsaw will host a conference on the financing of the project.
"This is a Dutch-Polish initiative, but we would like other countries to take part in it", - said the head of Polish diplomacy.
As Schetyna, the purpose of the project is to ensure that freedom of speech and objective information got to the East Europe, Russia and Russian-speaking minorities living in Eastern Europe..............
