Japanese Foreign Minister has called unacceptable Medvedev visit to the Kuril Islands

The planned Russian Prime Minister visit to the Kuril Islands is unacceptable, said Japanese Foreign Minister Fumio Kishida, transfers "RIA Novosti" .
"This runs counter to our position and hurt the national feelings. This is unacceptable, "- said Kishida.
According to him, Medvedev has already sent an appeal with request not to visit the Kuril Islands.
Earlier, the Japanese Embassy in Moscow said that Medvedev's trip to the Kuril Islands "hurts the soul" of the Japanese people.
