Finland has filed a lawsuit against "Gazprom" in the Stockholm arbitration

The Finnish company Gasum Oy filed a lawsuit to the Stockholm arbitration with the requirement to revise the price of gas exports from the Russian company "Gazprom".
This is stated in the company's report on international financial reporting standards (IFRS).
"The statement of claim was filed by a subsidiary of" Gazprom "-" Gazprom export ". Gasum need to revise the price of natural gas supplied to Finland, and change price formula; reduce the level of take-or-pay, or alternatively, reduce the amount of the annual contract (SCC) to a level equal to the total amount of natural gas that may be in circulation on the Finnish market with the price determined by arbitration ", - the report says.
The Russian company should decide to nominate its arbitrator within 30 days.
The Finnish company Gasum Oy is 75% owned by the Finnish government, another 25% owned by "Gazprom".
Recall on August 14, "Gazprom" has addressed to the Stockholm arbitration with respect to recovery of "Naftogaz" of $ 29.2 billion.
