The United Nations Human Rights Head, Zayd Ra'ad al-Hussein, said President Philippe Rodrigo Douterte "needs psychiatric expertise" after a series of threats against United Nations deputies.

In Yemen, the ex-president was killed and his house blew up

In the capital, Sana'a, Yemen Houthis rebels blew up the house of former president Ali Abdullah Saleh, reports the BBC.

In Twitter, the local Yemen Post News reported that the president was dead. Also released is a photo, which, according to the publication, Salekh's body with head injuries.

North Korea missile tests could lead to conflict escalation
