The integrity of many of the candidates to the Supreme Court is questionable - the US Embassy
Candidates of all 120 applicants for the positions of judges of the new Supreme Court of Ukraine, selected as a result of the competition by the High Qualifications Commission, should be considered by the High Council of Justice of the country.
This is necessary because "the integrity of many of them is questionable," according to a statement by the US Embassy in Kyiv.

Recall that on July 28, the High Qualifications Commission of Judges of Ukraine unveiled 120 winners of the Contest for the position of judges of the new Supreme Court.
According to the Center for Combating Corruption, out of 120 winners of the competition for posts to the new Supreme Court, almost 80% or 93 candidates are or were judges. According to human rights activists, every fourth contender to the Supreme Court violated human rights.
