Pence spoke on the responsibility for the situation in Ukraine
US Vice President Michael Pence urged Russia to bring to responsibility for the situation in Ukraine.
He said this during a speech at the Munich security conference, the official Twitter-account activities.
"As for Ukraine, we have to bring Russia to account" - said Michael Pence.

Also vice-president said that Russia should start the implementation of the Minsk agreements with the de-escalation of the situation in the Donbas.
"We must bring Russia to account and demand that they respect the Minsk agreement, since de-escalation of violence in the east of Ukraine", - stated in the official Twitter-account of Michael pensions.
