US Delegation to the OSCE said Russia continues to arm, train and fight militants on its side of Donbas.

This was reported on Twitter in sramnytse US Mission to the OSCE.

OSCE Special Monitoring Mission patrol has been fired at with small arms in the Donbas.

Censor.NET reports citing the statement by Principal Deputy Chief Monitor of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission to Ukraine (SMM) Alexander Hug on Twitter.
