Russia will supply to Iran of S-300 in the near future

In the near future Iran expects deliveries of Russian S-300. This was announced by deputy head of the Iranian Foreign Minister for Arab and African countries Hossein Amir Abdollahiyan.

"The talks and meetings on this issue (the supply of S-300) were completed very successfully. I believe that we do not have much life to the practical completion of the issue. God forbid, delivery will be at the earliest opportunity. Everything was done very well, "- said Abdollahiyan, responding to a question about the timing of deliveries of S-300 to Iran.

C-300 - anti-aircraft missile system (ADMS), capable of striking targets at different heights from less than a possible height of flight - up to a height exceeding the ceiling for the purpose; at ranges from several kilometers - 150, 200, 300 kilometers, depending on the type of elements C-300 family, and in particular, interceptors. Also, the C-300 is capable of destroying ballistic and aerodynamic purpose.
