US to test whether the US sanctions on a deal between Russia and Iran

The United States intends to test whether the US law on sanctions to the deal between Russia and Iran for the sale of anti-aircraft missile systems S-300. It is reported by "TASS" with reference to the representative of the Department of State John Kirby.
"The transfer to Iran of defensive weapons systems is not prohibited UN Security Council resolutions, but we will check whether it does not violate American laws on sanctions against Iran," - said Kirby.
Kirby also stressed that the US remains concerned about Moscow's intention to sell missile systems to Tehran. The argument for representative office led foreign policy which is conducted by the Iranian authorities - according to the United States, Tehran supports a number of groups in the Middle East.
Earlier it was reported that the timing of deliveries to Iran air defense systems S-300 will depend on including the ability of Russian companies to produce weapons quickly.
