Transparency has included Russia in the list of violators of Convention against Corruption

Russia does not fully meet the requirements of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development Anti-Corruption, joined in 2012, resulting in "RBC" Data Transparency International.

Transparency also noted that the Ministry of Labour has prepared a draft law on the promotion and protection of money the applicant of corruption, but it has not been submitted to the Duma.
A total of 41 countries have ratified the Convention, only four - Britain, Germany, the USA and Switzerland - to fully comply with the requirements. There for the past three years have been completed and 215 are still under investigation on 59 cases of bribery of foreign public officials.
