Russia using Syria like a client-state - Obama's administration

Russia makes a convenience of Syria, using it like a client-state in the Middle East.
White House Press Secretary Josh Earnest stated, Censor.NET reports citing Channel 112.
"The Syrian authorities is one in every of Russia's solely allies within the area. Thus, Russia makes a convenience of Syria, using it like a client-state in the Middle East. But, any army help to the Assad regime for any function, whether or not it is within the type of army personnel, plane provides, weapons or funding, is each destabilizing and counterproductive," Josh Earnest said.
At the same time, the Obama administration has said it would welcome Russia's participation in the U.S.-led coalition of more than 60 nations that has been striking the Islamic State from the air in Syria and training, arming and advising Iraqi security forces battling the extremists in Iraq.
"We have hinted for a couple of days now that we believed there would be some value in some tactical, practical discussions with the Russians about how to advance the goals of our counter-ISIL operation, and to ensure the same conduct of those anti-ISIL operations," Josh Earnest concluded.
