US Justice Department has appealed the court's decision, refused to oblige Apple to unlock your smartphone

Representatives of the US Department of Justice appealed the court decision to reject the request of the authorities to oblige Apple's management to unlock the smartphone, featured as evidence on a drug trafficking case, reports The New York Times.
The judge dealt with the case in late February decided that Apple executives are not obliged to assist the investigation against his will.
In his complaint, the representatives of the Ministry of Justice asked the court to reconsider the verdict and stressed that «Apple is not being asked to do something beyond the scope of its current capabilities."
Earlier it was reported that the relatives of the victims in San Bernardino made against Apple in the dispute between the company and the Ministry of Justice of the United States on the issue of phone hacking of one of the terrorists.
