In Britain, there was an armed hostage-taking

In Newcastle in northern England armed man took hostages in the office center staff Job Centre Plus.
It is reported by the BBC.
Place event was surrounded by police. Also suspended work underground in the area. Arrived on the scene negotiators.
According to preliminary information, an armed man holding hostage for 5 people.
According to witnesses in the area they saw a suspicious man tied to his chest by an unknown object.
Currently requirement attacker remains unknown. Also not reported involvement attacker to Islamist organizations.
Later editions News Executive announced the release of all hostages. It was noted that the attacker had six employees employment center.
