American tennis player Venus Williams became a party to a car accident, which killed the man.

According to the channel, the accident occurred June 9 in Florida. At one of the intersections 37-year-old tennis player in his car collided with another car, 78-year-old whose driver died in hospital two weeks later from injuries. His wife was also hospitalized.
The police believe that Williams is guilty of an accident, because it violated the rules of the road. It also reported that the athlete was not under the influence of alcohol or drugs at the time of the accident.
Venus Williams, Serena Williams' older sister, is a double Olympic champion.
