The new cancer treatment technique showed 100% efficacy on hamster

Scientists have tested on a hamsters new, non-surgical method of cancer treatment, the cost of which will be about $ 5

Cancer treatment is currently very expensive and, often, ineffective, and in developing countries, the fight against this disease may be completely inaccessible. There is a shortage of not only the latest technology, but also electricity and medical staff.

To alleviate this problem, we need cheap, simple, portable and, preferably, non-surgical procedures. Scientists from the University of Duke conducted a series of studies that showed that injections of ethanol-based gel directly into some types of tumors led to a complete recovery of experimental hamster.

However, such procedures have their limitations. First, the method works well only for tumors that are surrounded by a fibrous capsule. Secondly, it requires a large amount of ethanol, which can damage the surrounding tissue as it flows out. And thirdly, it requires a rather long treatment.

During the study on hamsters, all 7 tumors disappeared after 8 days. However, the method requires a long trial before it can be used in humans.



It is noted that the cost of such treatment is only $ 5, and the principle is based on the destruction of proteins and dehydration of cells (in this case - cancer).
