UN peacekeepers in the Donbas: Trump responded to Putin's demands
In the United States, they commented on the proposal of Russian President Vladimir Putin to place United Nations peacekeepers along the lines of the collision of the parties on the Donbass and made their remarks.
This is written by the Associated Press.
The State Department noted that the peacekeeping mission could protect Ukrainians and help restore the sovereignty of Ukraine. In this case, the mission should be located throughout the occupied territory of the Donbas.
"Any such force should have a broad mandate for peace and security throughout the occupied territory in Ukraine," said State Secretary spokeswoman Heather Naehert.
Earlier, Ukraine voiced its official position to the UN secretary general and chairman of the UN Security Council on a peacekeeping mission in the Donbas.

In the West, they gave advice on how to persuade Putin to withdraw troops from the Donbas
Former US Ambassador to Ukraine John Herbst believes that the withdrawal of Russian troops from Donbass, Vladimir Putin, could force Ukraine to deliver US lethal weapons .
He wrote about this in his column, reports " New time ".
In it, he noted that in an effort to help Ukraine, the US should recall the experience of the Soviet-Afghan war.
"The United States has already provided assistance and technical support to the Ukrainian troops, but this did not prevent Russia from equipping its troops and separatists with modern weapons." To counter this, the United States should send anti-tank missiles to Ukraine, such as Javelin, and more anti-tank radar. would prefer Russians, "says Herbst.
According to him, in the case of supply of Javelin, a violation of the ceasefire regime in the Donbas will lead to an increase in the number of Russian victims, and for this it will bear full responsibility for Putin.
Herbst also recalled that US support in the Soviet-Afghan war did not allow the Mujahideen to win a decisive and quick victory, but significantly increased the cost of the war. Subsequently, this led to the defeat of the USSR and the collapse of the Soviet regime. A similar situation can happen with the Russian Federation.

Putin weakens: political scientist discloses details of internal conflicts in the Kremlin
Commenting on the reaction of Russian President Vladimir Putin to the statement of the head of Chechnya Ramzan Kadyrov that he can oppose the position of the Russian Federation on Myanmar, political scientist Gleb Pavlovsky pointed to internal conflicts in the Kremlin.
This was stated by a political scientist during an interview with the radio station "Echo of Moscow".
"No, but watch it, he forced the president of Russia to moderate with him." Well, every citizen we may not agree with the courses. Even the governor may disagree. "That is, these are strange statements," - said Pavlovsky and added that Putin entered the "mode of maneuvering."
At the same time, the political scientist explained how to understand the strategic weakening of the Russian president.
"He just accepts the new conditions in which he is in. And in the new conditions, he is a patron of a rather large group of individuals who appear to be a collective Putin, and he needs to maintain a balance in that circle. And in this circle, the balance is difficult to maintain because there is some kind of thing, well, it's not a war yet, of course, but a strain on who's sitting in a row. Who's in the box, and who in the last rows. It will now grow stronger, you will see it every day,"- says Pavlovsky.
He also noted that Igor Sechin and Ramzan Kadyrov are sitting in the front row before the head of the Kremlin, but everything can change, while Putin will remain in the role of "President of the Kremlin Club".

UN peacekeepers should be deployed throughout occupied territories of Ukraine, - US Department of State

UN peacekeepers should be deployed throughout occupied territories of Ukraine, - US Department of State
The United States cautiously welcomed the Russian proposal to send U.N. peacekeepers into eastern Ukraine, but insisted the force should be deployed throughout occupied eastern Ukraine and not just on the line of conflict.
Censor.NET reports citing AP.
A U.N. force is "worth exploring," the State Department said on Wednesday, a day after Russian President Vladimir Putin said his country would ask the U.N. Security Council to send peacekeepers to patrol the front line separating Ukrainian troops and Russia-backed separatists. The U.S. said such a force could protect Ukrainians of all ethnicities and help restore Ukraine's sovereignty.
"Any such force should have a broad mandate for peace and security throughout the occupied territory in Ukraine," said State Department spokeswoman Heather Nauert.
Putin also said on Tuesday that any decision by the United States to supply defensive weapons to Ukraine would fuel the conflict.
Ukraine's representative in Humanitarian subgroup of the Tripartite contact group in Minsk talks, deputy speaker of Ukrainian parliament Iryna Herashchenko commented on Putin's statement and said the Kremlin scenarios will fail; peacekeepers must be introduced across all Russia-occupied territories.

Ukrainian director gave a forecast for the rapid collapse of the Russian Federation
The Ukrainian director, actor and TV presenter, Honored Artist of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, Akhtym Seitablayev believes that the collapse of Russia may take place a year or two. At the same time, Ukraine will have to try not to fall under the wreckage of the empire.
He expressed this opinion in an interview with "Apostrophe.Laim".
"On the one hand, a year or two in a person's life means a lot, and from a historical point of view - it is a drop at sea," says Seitablayev.
At the same time, he reminds that half a year ago, no one thought about mass closure of American visa centers in Russia and the fact that Donald Trump will strengthen anti-Russian sanctions.
"Probably two or three years ago, it was not time, but now with the strengthening of the Ukrainian army, with the growth of its economic power in a heap of tight sanctions [against the Russian Federation], I think it will come to an end that in a year or two it will be so the tense situation with Russia that we need to be prepared to do this - it's like a huge building falls - not to fall under its wreckage. It's not what I dream of, just live with a neighbor who has been continuing from one century to another and the same...", - says the director.
He also notes that it would be good for Russia to establish order in their country, and not to interfere in the affairs of Ukraine, which itself will understand how to live it.

49 percent of respondents on the Echo of Moscow website said they were afraid to meet Ukrainians at night.
This information can be found on the site "Echo of Moscow".
The poll offered the users of the Internet to answer the question "Do you meet a representative of a nationality in the dark time of day you are afraid of?" and offered three answers: "Ukrainian", "Chechen" and "difficult to answer".
At the moment, 13,700 people took part in the survey. 49% of respondents admitted they were afraid to meet a Ukrainian, 38% said they were more afraid of the Chechens. Others could not answer the question.
The results of the survey caused a violent reaction in social networks. Many people celebrate the "victory of Ukrainians", others say that, of course, "Ukrainian Chechens" won the vote, calling examples of Ukrainian Chechen volunteers.

Russia will soon go from Donbas: Ukraine has named three main reasons to think so
Yuriy Hrymchak, deputy minister for temporarily occupied territories and internally displaced persons, believes that the Russian Federation can leave the Donbass in the near future.
He stated this in an interview with the "Apostrophe".
Thus, he recalled that the Protocol on the Implementation of the Minsk Agreements of February 12, 2015 underlined - all foreign troops, mercenaries and disarmed militants should be withdrawn to implement the Minsk treaties.
"This protocol was signed by the Russian Federation even then, in 2015. And these agreements were included in the decision of the UN Security Council, that is, they became an international document. That was the first message," said Grymchak.
According to him, the second point is that the Allies of Ukraine are now openly recognizing that the Russian Federation is an aggressor country that actually occupied part of the territory of Ukraine. At the same time, pressure on Moscow is intensifying.
"And the results within Russia - the economic, financial, and political situation - do not leave the Kremlin today a different way than to leave the territory of Donetsk and Luhansk regions," the deputy minister added.
He stressed that, although the RF is in no hurry to implement the Minsk agreements, it is they are the only document for which the Russian Federation is penalized for failure to comply.
Grimchak added that in September, at the opening of the UN General Assembly, Ukraine will offer to enter peacekeeping troops on the Russian-Ukrainian border (the conversation took place with the statement of the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin and the introduction of the Russian proposal for peacekeepers in the Donbass).
"This decision can not be made through the UN Security Council, because Russia strongly opposes it, but for the introduction of peacekeeping troops it may be the decision of the General Assembly, where Russia has no veto power and where the decision is taken by a majority of votes. And just this version is now, as far as I know , and will be offered by our state, "he said.
In addition, an illustrative fact is that the so-called leaders of the "LDPR" began to seek and try to buy housing in the territory of or in unrecognized republics, and Russians began to export especially valuable military equipment.
It is also worth noting that the Russian Federation will cease financing the ORDLO next year.
"They do not set the cost on the" people's republics "in the budget of 2018. The budget process is the same in all countries, plus or minus the same, in Russia it is also happening now. It's clear that the LDPR was financed from hidden funds, but now more than once it was confirmed that next year they are not going to finance the occupied territories, and that's billions! The billions that are getting less, less and less every month in Russia ... "- summed up Grymchak.

Volunteers noticed equipment from Finland on the construction of the Kerch Bridge
The construction of the Kerch Bridge, which brings Russia into its occupied Crimea, saw equipment from Finland.
This writes about Psb-news .
The work of a hydraulic hammer, produced by a Finnish company, is fixed on video.
Finnish equipment in its work is used by the company of the invader KFT "Mostootryad-125", affiliate of PJSC "Mostotres".
It is noted that the installation of Junttan Powerpack 30CCU is the most powerful in the model range and looks completely new.
Volunteers also managed to obtain information on the supply of equipment for the illegal construction of the bridge through the Kerch Strait in December 2016. They were provided by the Crimean leasing company Genlizing LLC (General Director Vitaliy Kosenko).
Most likely, the company was created to circumvent the sanctions restrictions.

19-year-old Ukrainian Pavlo Hryb, who disappeared on Aug. 24 in Belarus, has been found in a pretrial detention center in Krasnodar, Russia.
This was announced by his father, reserve officer Ihor Hryb, Censor.NET reports citing UNIAN.
Hryb was informed by the Foreign Ministry of Ukraine.
"They told me he is in Krasnodar, in pretrial detention center #5. The Foreign Ministry told me," Hryb said.
He added he wants to visit his son in the first place.
"We will fight for him, need to visit," Hryb said.
Earlier, Ukrainian reserve officer Ihor Hryb announced his son Pavlo Hryb was kidnapped by Russian FSB in Belarus: "FSB had lured Pavlo to Gomel under the guise of meeting a girl, and detained him."

German Defense Ministry on Zapad 2017 exercise: Russia to send over 100,000 troops

German Defense Ministry on Zapad 2017 exercise: Russia to send over 100,000 troops
Germany said on Thursday that Russia was planning to send over 100,000 troops to Zapad 2017 exercise in Belarus this month, disputing Moscow’s version that only 13,000 Russian and Belorussian servicemen would participate.
German Defense Minister Ursula von der Leyen told journalists in Tallinn on Thursday, Censor.NET reports citing Reuters.
The Sept. 14-20 exercises known as Zapad, or "West" in Belarus, the Baltic Sea, western Russia and the Russian exclave of Kaliningrad, are stirring unease in NATO despite Moscow's assurances troops would rehearse a purely defensive scenario.
"It is undisputed that we are seeing a demonstration of capabilities and power of the Russians," German Defense Minister Ursula von der Leyen told reporters at an EU defense ministers' meeting in Tallinn.
"Anyone who doubts that only has to look at the high numbers of participating forces in the Zapad exercise: more than one hundred thousand," she said in a joint news conference with her French counterpart Florence Parly.
While Baltic nations have voiced concerns about a bigger-than-reported exercise and while NATO's secretary-general expects more than 13,000 troops, Von der Leyen's remarks are the first time a top Western politician has called out Russia publicly on what NATO sees as the true size of the war games.
Such numbers would be legal under international treaties on war games, but would require inviting international observers.
With less than 13,000 troops, international observation of the drills is not mandatory, Russia says.
"Russia has a global strategy of a visible, deliberate demonstration of force," Parly said before heading to meet French troops in Estonia as part of NATO's deployment of deterrent forces in the Baltics and Poland.
"They have a strategy of intimidation," Parly said, warning that any attack on a Baltic country or Poland by Russia would be considered an attack on all of the U.S.-led NATO alliance.

Twitter may be forced to check account activity from Russia during the US elections
The social network Twitter may be required to analyze the activities of accounts of Russian citizens during the US presidential election.
This was stated by Deputy Chairman of the US Senate Intelligence Committee, Mark Warner, according to The Washington Post.
The publication notes that Warner is the most prominent Democrat in the Senate Committee, which challenges the Russian intervention in the 2016 presidential election.
"Americans have the right to know the source of information and the information that was used to influence their voices," he said.
He also noted that he had talked with representatives of Twitter and expects them to "answer the committee's questions."
Earlier in Facebook, they said they found from the June 2015 to May 2017 in social media paid political advertising, which was distributed from Russian accounts.
