Washington Navy Yard gets all clear after false alarm
A US military complex in Washington, D.C. has been given the all clear after reports that a gunman was on the site. Hundreds of police officers flooded the US Navy Yard, which was evacuated after the false alarm.
Police searched the site, found no weapons and made no arrests. The complex was the site of a 2013 mass gun attack where former contracter Aaron Alexis killed 12 people and wounded three others.
