Putin bit his lip when the parade of the Navy is not rocket soared: (VIDEO & PHOTO)

Russian President Vladimir Putin annoyance bit his lip, after the parade in Baltiysk Kaliningrad region after the Russian Navy for the planned missile launch did not take place.
In the picture you can see how after the command "start" three rockets were left in place and none of them has soared. The ship and sailed on.
Sitting between the two veterans of the Navy Putin bit his lip in frustration (timecode 1:01) and then narrowed his eyes and began to look around.
