Intel processors found errors: hackers could steal passwords from devices

Experts have found in Intel processors serious vulnerabilities, through which hackers can steal passwords, logins and other confidential information from the kernel's memory.
This is reported by the Air Force.
Researchers from Google said that one of the "serious security flaws" was found in chips from Intel, AMD and ARM and was named "Specter." Another mistake called "Meltdown" applies only to Intel. It's about chips in smartphones, laptops and desktop computers.
It is noted that the developers knew about the problems for several months, but hoped to eliminate them before it came out to the general public.
According to researchers, the vulnerability concerns almost all Intel processors since 1995. The company itself, whose chips provide about 80% of devices around the world, said that some fixes in the form of software updates will come out in the coming days.
Windows has already released an emergency update to protect Windows-based devices.
Earlier, it was reported that Microsoft would reward Windows for finding vulnerabilities.
