The UN said that President Phillipine Douterte needed a psychiatric examination

The United Nations Human Rights Head, Zayd Ra'ad al-Hussein, said President Philippe Rodrigo Douterte "needs psychiatric expertise" after a series of threats against United Nations deputies.

Describing some of Manila's actions against UN representatives, Al-Hussein said: this makes sure that President Phillipine needs to do something like psychiatric examination.
