On RosTv voiced insidious plan in the case of Putin's death
In Russia, they decided to create a system of automatic response in the event of a nuclear strike in the United States and the death of President Vladimir Putin.
The corresponding proposal was voiced by Russian political scientist Sergei Markov on one of the Russian TV channels, a video posted on Facebook by a political commentator and blogger Sergei Zaporozhskiy.
"Sergey Alexandrovich is beautiful in everything.) Putin buried and began to blackmail the world by criminals of Russian engineers))))", - writes Zaporozhye.
The video began to sarcastic user comments.
"Putin is the first to die, well, though," "Sick people, and this is our neighbors, worse than drug addicts and alcoholics. What to expect from idiots, no one knows," "when the bugy came to the transfer and wants to show off his knowledge" "You are carrying the bride ... you were confused with the door, but the doctor should listen," the commentators write.

A partner of Putin's main enemy asked for a political asylum in the United States
Former coordinator of the headquarters of the Russian oppositionalist Oleksiy Navalny in Kaliningrad, the hero of the film, Andriy Loshak, "Age of Disagreement" Yegor Chernyuk asked for a political asylum in the United States.
About this publication "MBH Media" said lawyer lawyer "Leaflets" Maria Bonzler, who previously defended him in court.
"Yegor wrote to me yesterday, said that he had filed for political asylum in the United States, hired a lawyer, and he needed my application." Usually, consideration of the request takes not less than six months, collecting evidence, checking, but I think it will be easier with Yegor, because he is the hero of the four-series movie Loshak,"- said Bonzler.
She noted that this film is evidence and activity of Chernyuk, and his persecution.
"The more so here a criminal case was instituted against him, and he was declared a federal wanted," the lawyer specified.
According to her, Chernyuk now lives in the USA, studying there for four months, "he has everything good."
"Therefore, he wants to get political asylum there, and then citizenship. He can not return because he is waiting for him here," said Bonzler.
Let's remind, Yegor Chernyuk left Russia after he was charged with a criminal case of evasion from service in the army. In April, he left the country, and then got a visa in the US, where he entered college.
As reported by the "Apostrophe", the opposition's Russian politician, the enemy of Russian President Vladimir Putin, Alexei Nivalno, who "sew" a new case two years ago, all can not decide on a specific charge.

US president intends to build up country's nuclear arsenal to have leverage over China, Russia

US president intends to build up country's nuclear arsenal to have leverage over China, Russia
U.S. President Donald Trump warned on Monday that the United States intended to build up its arsenal of nuclear weapons to pressure Russia and China.
Speaking to reporters, Trump repeated his contention that Russia was not abiding by the 1987 Intermediate-Range Nuclear Forces Treaty, which he has threatened to abandon, Censor.NET reports citing Reuters.
The Trump Administration identifies both Russia and China as "revisionist powers" and "strategic competitors" of the United States, the New York Times said.
"But when it comes to countering their nuclear advances and their increasingly innovative use of cyberconflict to outmaneuver their adversaries, Mr. Trump's long-term strategy remains a mystery — beyond promises to match every military buildup, and strike back hard," it said.
"Whether it was real or a negotiating ploy, Mr. Trump's declaration on Saturday that he was ready, if necessary, to plunge the world back into a 1950's-style arms race is bound to cause yet another rift between Washington and its European allies – exactly the kind of fracture inside NATO that [Russian President Vladimir] Mr. Putin has tried to create," it said.
The arms-control treaty was signed in 1987 by Ronald Reagan and Mikhail Gorbachev.

The United States launched the first preventive cyber-attack against the Russian Federation

The United States launched the first preventive cyber-attack against the Russian Federation
In order to prevent interference in the election of the cyber command, the United States began the first cyber-attacks to counter the spread of misinformation by Russia.
According to Cenzor.NET, this is reported by The New York Times.
"The campaign, which includes a number of missions carried out over the past few days, is the first such foreign operation to protect US elections, in particular the November interim elections (in Congress - Ed.)," The report said.
The publication notes that the purpose of the US operation was, probably, employees of the Russian intelligence services. The US Department of Justice reported on Friday a campaign of "information warfare" by Russians aimed at interim elections.
According to sources, American security experts in the cyberspace identified several suspicious Russians and tracked their activities.
The cyber command sent direct messages to agents who are behind the campaign of influence. At the same time, the message contained warnings, not threats: each recipient was informed that they could be prosecuted or that they might be subject to sanctions. "Even the threat of sanctions can help prevent some Russians from participating in secret disinformation campaigns," said Andrea Kendall-Taylor, a former intelligence officer.
It is also noted that this US campaign, which is being carried out in response to Russia's information offensive, is largely limited. This is due to the desire to keep Moscow from a corresponding escalation in the form of a power failure or any other actions that could provoke a more powerful confrontation between the great powers, the material said.

Saudi journalist Khashoggi was murdered on the territory of the Consulate in Turkey. Fragments of his body were found in the well in the garden of the diplomatic mission
In the beginning of October, journalist Jamal Khashoggi disappeared at the Consulate of Saudi Arabia in Istanbul. As a result, his body was found in a well in the residence of the Saudi diplomatic mission.
As informs Censor.NET, informs UNIAN with reference to haberler.com with reference to the head of the Turkish party Vatan Dogu Pinerche.
According to the deputy, reliable sources in the security service of Istanbul told him that fragments of Khashoggi's body were found in a well located in the garden in the territory of the Saudi Consulate General, where the journalist had seen the last time.

Ukraine's refusal from the Minsk process will undermine EU sanctions to Russia, former US ambassador Pifer

Ukraine's refusal from the Minsk process will undermine EU sanctions to Russia, former US ambassador Pifer
In addition, because of the refusal of the Minsk process, Ukraine will lose the support of Germany and France as intermediaries.
Ukraine's refusal from the Minsk process will undermine the sanctions on the part of the European Union to Russia. This was stated in an interview with LB.ua by former US Ambassador to Ukraine Stephen Pifer, reports Censor.NET.
"You do not need to do anything that would weaken the basis for sanctions against Russia," said Pifer.
He explained that, as far as the Russians did not say that the sanctions did not cause them any serious consequences, most economists believe that sanctions have their effect. For example, sanctions cost Russia's GDP from three quarters to one percent growth per year. And for the Russian economy, which is now in a very inert state, because its GDP growth is only 1.5% per year, it is a serious influence.
"In addition, at a certain level, Russia may be able to withstand sanctions, but the question is whether the Russian economy will continue to be stagnant. And most economists who are observing the Russian economy really say that Russia will benefit from growth oil prices, but in general, its economy is not very efficient, and it seems that Putin does not have the desire to resort to reforms that would allow the non-energy sectors of the Russian economy to grow,"- said the expert.
And in order for the sanctions to be preserved, according to an American expert, it is necessary to remain in the Minsk process "until something appears that would have replaced him." At the same time, he noted that the problem with the Minsk process, because it agreed on it in February 2015 and it took three and a half years, but it has never been implemented.
Pifer explained that the Minsk process is important for Ukraine for several reasons.
First, due to the Minsk process, the involvement of Chancellor Merkel and President Macron of Ukraine on the Ukrainian issue remains "and I think it is useful for Ukraine to have such European intermediaries at the highest level."
Secondly, for the European Union, the Minsk process is the basis for most sanctions. "And I'm afraid that if Ukraine refused from the Minsk process, it would undermine the support of sanctions by the European Union," Pifer said.

Putin was lying, saying that Sevastopol was "legally always in Russia"

Putin was lying, saying that Sevastopol was "legally always in Russia"
Russian President Vladimir Putin at a meeting with Moscow mayor Sergei Sobyanin lied, stating that the Ukrainian city of Sevastopol was "legally always in Russia."
This is reported by Censor.NET with reference to The Insider.
S. Sobyanin: Volodymyr Volodymyrovych, my sister-in-law with Sevastopol, and at all times, even when Sevastopol was not part of Russia, always helped.
V. Putin: Legally, he always was a part of Russia.
S. Sobyanin: Yes, always. We regarded him as truly a twin city.
V. Putin: Very well. I said that Sevastopol has always been legally a part of Russia. He was a city of central subordination and even during the transfer of the illegal transfer of Crimea from the RSFSR into the Ukrainian SSR. Unlawful because the decision was taken by the Presidium of the Supreme Council of the Ukrainian SSR, Ukraine, and then approved by the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR. And according to the law, the Verkhovna Rada of the republics and the Verkhovna Rada of the USSR had to be approved. But even in this illegal, in fact, process about Sevastopol was simply forgotten, and it was not transferred from the RSFSR into the composition of Ukraine. So formally and legally he was always in Russia.
S. Sobyanin: We felt it.
If we consider only the post-war history of the USSR and - later - Russia, then Sevastopol could not "always" legally be in Russia. After 1948, Sevastopol was withdrawn from the Crimean region, which was part of the RSFSR, and endowed with a status de facto corresponding to the status of the oblast.
During the transfer of the Crimean region to the Ukrainian SSR, the Sevastopol status is not specifically stipulated. In the decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the Ukrainian SSR of February 5, 1954, the decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR of 19 February of that year and the law of the USSR of April 26, 1954, have no specific mention of the status of Sevastopol.
However, this does not mean that "Sevastopol" has simply been forgotten ", as Putin said. In the constitution of the Ukrainian SSR in 1978 Sevastopol, along with Kiev, was named the city of the Republican subordination of the Ukrainian SSR. In the RSFSR constitution of the same year among the cities of the republican subordination of the RSFSR only Moscow and Leningrad were included.
After the collapse of the USSR, Sevastopol became a part of Ukraine and became the city of the Black Sea Fleet bases of the Russian and Ukrainian Navy.
On July 9, 1993, the Verkhovna Rada of the Russian Federation declared Sevastopol to be the territory of Russia. The Verkhovna Rada Resolution confirmed the "Russian federal status of the city within the boundaries of the city district in December 1991"). After the dispersal of the Verkhovna Rada this decision was not implemented - in the December 12, 1993 adopted by the Constitution of the Russian Federation mention of Sevastopol as a subject of the Russian Federation is absent. The city of "central subordination" after that Sevastopol could not already be.

Kyiv and Vinnitsa cardiac surgeons underwent surgery in an artificial blood circulation: the patient's heart was stopped for an hour
On October 16, Kyiv and Vinnytsia cardiac surgeons together operated the patient. The heart of a 62-year-old resident of the Zhmerinsky district was stopped for about an hour - physicians worked in conditions of artificial blood circulation. The damaged aortic valve was replaced by an artificial mechanical. The surgery was held at the Vinnytsia Regional Clinical Therapeutic and Diagnostic Center for Cardiovascular Pathology.
According to the press service of the Ministry of Health, Censor.NET reports.
The department noted that the aortic valve stenosis in the patient was detected during the planned free survey, which each Vinnytsia can pass on the angiography acquired through the joint project of the World Bank and the Ministry of Health of Ukraine "Improving health at the service of people". The pathology is insidious to what can be almost asymptomatic, but it threatens the stopping of the heart for any physical activity.
Vinnitsa doctors performed the replacement of the valve under the direction of Andriy Rusnak, Head of the Department of Surgical Treatment of Myocardial Disease and Heart Transplantation at the National Institute of Cardiovascular Surgery. MM Amosov.
"Vinnytsya has chosen a very proper way to prepare for the emergence of a new cardiac center. High-tech equipment, without which cardio-surgery is impossible, guarantees a joint project of the World Bank and the Ministry of Health of Ukraine" Improving health at the service of people. "And the experienced team of physicians will benefit from the cooperation of the current cardiologist and the Amosov Institute, thus, patients will be able to receive all the amount of safe and high-quality treatment on the site without spending time traveling to Kyiv, especially since in complicated cases they have been transported The patient is a threat to his life, "Rusnak said.
Also, the department added that a patient from Zhmerinshchina, after installing an artificial valve, feels well and is currently undergoing post-operative rehabilitation at the Vinnytsia Cardiology Center.
"We already have multiple successes in the operation of the open heart. If the patient has multiple vascular lesions and stenting will not produce an effect, we will carry out coronary artery bypass surgery, and for Vinnitsians, prosthetics and reconstructive operations are already available on the heart," said Vladimir Gladkikh , the chief physician of the Vinnytsia Regional Clinical Treatment and Diagnostic Center for Cardiovascular Pathology.
"In the Vinnytsia Regional Clinical Therapeutic and Diagnostic Center of Cardiovascular Pathology, patients of the circulatory system successfully treat the pathologies of the circulatory system, during the last year 32 patients received this help, and previously they were sent to Kyiv with complicated diagnoses," the department added.

Russia can not fix the release of warships for its Navy after Ukraine has stopped supplies to the aggressor country of turbines through the war
Russia can not fix the release of warships for its Navy after Ukraine has stopped supplies to the aggressor country of turbines through the war. Thus, due to the cessation of deliveries of Ukrainian turbines, the production of new frigates of projects 11356 (Dumpler) and 22350 was stopped. The attempt to start the production of small corvette small missile ships (IRAs) "Karakurth" (project 22800) was unsuccessful due to the impossibility of producing major power plants (ГЕУ) with diesel engines М507.
This is stated in the article "Star", which broke and falls. "Karakurti" froze in anticipation of diesels "Maxim Klimov, published in the Military Industrial Courier, reports Censor.NET.
"When it became clear in 2014 that Ukrainian turbines, and, consequently, new frigates projects 11356 and 22350 Navy will not be available in the near future, the fleet urgently launched a new small karkat Korat (KMK) Karakurt into production. The 22800 project has almost become large The success of the domestic ships, created only in three years, the main "Karakurt" could go out for testing and be accepted by the Navy in 2017. And today there would already be several such IRCs, but the ship and fleet got full knockout, and not from foreign suppliers, and from their colleagues - Mr. were delivered on time the main power plants (power plant) with local diesel M507 (M507 series diesel engines - the development of more than half a century ago. - Ed.), in which in response JSC "star." Despite claims ex-chairman of "Stars"
"Star" not only failed to deliver the GEU to the main RVC project 22,800, but also failed to provide production facilities for more than one ship a year. The already constructed ships began to be built near the quays in anticipation of diesels. To remedy the situation, the issue of equipping "Karakurta" with Chinese diesel engines was raised, but the inevitable reduction in TPC ships rejected this decision. Especially since the Ministry of Defense has already transferred the "Stars" money to GE. It began talking about the fact that the necessary equipment will be able to produce Kingsize Machine Works, which previously specialized in the repair of marine diesel engines. However, production from scratch is a fundamentally different level of complexity. And so far no new diesel M507 from the Kingisepp plant has yet come out. Accordingly, already built IGC is doomed to a long bust at quay finishing, and factories are forced to suffer great financial losses due to the credit burden of contacts with the "Caracort". The only possible solution today is the use of used diesels from ships of combat personnel with their repair at Kingisepp Mashzavod and temporary installation in the 22800 project. Other variants simply do not exist, "the author of the article notes.
"There is a question for the military representation of PJSC Zvezda at the time of signing the contract. The fleet, the Pella shipyard and the Almaz CJSC until the summer of 2018 did not have reliable and objective information on the magnitude of the" Star "catastrophe and laced with reports her leadership hoped for the timely execution of contracts. But the military reception was obliged to know the situation, as well as report on it, in order to prevent the signing of a clearly unrealizable contract", - says the publication.
