"Gazprom" hit the brakes: the expansion "of the Turkish stream" suspended

Russian monopolist "Gazprom" on July 1, has suspended the expansion of the pipeline system "Southern Corridor", which was supposed to pump gas for "the Turkish stream".
On this question in a letter to a member of the board of Gazprom Sergei Prozorov to the three subsidiaries of the company, wrote RBC.
Main office ordered to suspend investment projects to expand gas pipeline system "Southern Corridor", which is required for communication of the marine and land parts of the pipeline "South Stream".
Recall, after the failure of the EU from the "South Stream" in "Gazprom" have come up with new and ambitious idea - "Turkish stream." It was planned that the "Southern Corridor" will be completed for his needs (part of the route and the main parameters of both streams were the same - four thread pipeline with total capacity of 63 billion cubic meters of gas per year).
As reported by the "Observer", Bulgaria previously expressed a desire to build an underground storage facility for natural gas for the purpose of taking part in the project pipeline "Turkish stream."
