Ex-head of the US State Department and opponent Donald Trump in the presidential election Hillary Clinton has criticized the decision of the current White House administration to withdraw from the Treaty on the Reduction of Medium and Small Range Missiles (RLMD).

In October last year, President Donald Trump said he was planning to abandon the deal, citing Russia's failure to fulfill its obligations. The treaty was signed in 1987 by US President Ronald Reagan and the leader of the Soviet Union, Mikhail Gorbachev.

Washington claims that Moscow has violated the agreement of the RSMD, having created and deployed the 9M729 missile system. According to a source in the State Department, the US recently informed its western allies that Russia has already deployed four divisions armed with a 9M729 cruise missile. Today, Russia has 100 such missiles.

As of Thursday, 6:30 p.m., the police have received 803 citizen appeals about violations connected with the election campaign.

"19 criminal cases have already been opened," the minister added.

The police also completed 544 reports on illegal election campaigning and 36 reports on bribing the voters.

Illegal payments for campaigners’ work were discovered in the staffs of two presidential candidates.

Presidential Press Secretary Dmitry Peskov said that former President of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych enjoys state security in the Russian Federation.

"The growth rates of the average nominal wage will slow down (from about 16% this year to 9% in 2021), both at the expense of easing the outflow of labor into the EU countries and by reducing the rate of convergence of wages," the report said.

The National Bank believes that a rather high unemployment rate (8.5 - 8.7%) in the forecast horizon will be conditioned by the slow pace of economic growth against the background of tight monetary and fiscal policies.

"Slowing down of migration processes and equalization of labor market imbalances will reduce the pressure on wage growth," the NBU believes.
