Libya calls on the international community airstrikes on positions of the "Islamic State"

Libyan government asks the international community airstrikes on the rebels 'Islamic state', the TV channel Skynews Arabia statement by the representative of the Libyan minister Hatem al-Ureybi.
According to al-Ureybi, the Government sent a number of requests to representatives of the international community and the countries of the Arab League with a request to launch air strikes on the positions of the IG in Sirte to liberate the city from the control of insurgents and restore peace.
He also stressed that the IG control over the city could have a negative impact on the security situation in the Mediterranean region.
Earlier it was reported that the number of victims of militant attacks "Islamic state" in the Libyan Sirte has risen to 169 people.
