The US Court Of Appeals refused to limit migration decree Trump

The US Court of Appeals refused to limit the effect of the new rules of entry to the United States for citizens of six countries in the framework of migratory presidential decree Donald Trump.

Appeal Court explained that the Hawaiian court has the right to block a decision only if it sees that it violates the rights of the individual.

The first version of the decree was signed by Trump in late January, but the federal court has suspended its action. It was a perpetual prohibition provided for citizens of Syria - now the item is excluded.
