Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner are accused of concealing data in their financial statements

This is reported by Politico.

Lawyer Jeffrey Lovicki filed a lawsuit with the District Court in Washington, which claims that the spouses did not indicate in the report of shares 30 belonging investment banks.

The commentary points out that Kouchner has said several times that he can not provide the necessary information in connection with the "existing confidentiality agreement".

Lovitski points out that such actions are illegal, since under the law on "Ethics in the power structures" it is forbidden to stop any profits even through an agreement of confidentiality.

Kouchner re-filled his financial reports several times. Both he and Ivanka were fined for late filling in the information.

The spouse has held state office of presidential advisers in March. For this, Jared resigned from 266 investment-related positions. Lovitski filed a lawsuit similar to that of President Trump in March.
