Assad signed a decree that deprives refugees from Syria of their property rights in the country

Syrian President Bashar Assad signed a decree that effectively deprived refugees who left the country of their property rights.
This was reported on April 26 by the newspaper Süddeutsche Zeitung.
According to the decree, if land owners do not arrive in the local authorities with documents confirming their right to property within 30 days, they will lose all rights, and the plots will be transferred to new owners for development, the newspaper reports, referring to the data of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Germany
In particular, the Housing Minister of Housing Syria, Hussein Arnus, is among the first intends to allocate land for development in the Bab-Amro area in Homs, a number of areas of Aleppo and Haraszti. All of the listed territories at one time were the key areas of the rebels.
Earlier, France began the procedure for depriving Syrian President Bashar al-Assad of the Order of the Honor Legion due to a chemical attack in the Syrian city of Duma.
On April 8, at the Duma controlled by the rebels, in the eastern part of Guti , a chemotac was executed , killing at least 70 people and injuring more than 1,000.
On the night of April 14, the United States, Great Britain and France struck Syria , Trump called them "perfect mission . " The countries hit Syrian sites in response to the use of chemical weapons under the Assad regime.
