The US Supreme Court has sued the administration of President Donald Trump for imposing restrictions on the service of the Army for transgender
According to The Hill , the court upheld the decision of the district court, allowing the introduction of new rules at the time of litigation.
Earlier this month, the District Court of Columbia appealed to the District Court to suspend the President's decision to ban new transsexuals from the army. The decision stated that the district court had made a mistake by establishing that the order prohibited transgender servicemen from serving in the army.
Recall that in August 2017, US President Donald Trump signed a decree prohibiting the adoption of transgender military service.
According to Trump, the American army should be focused on victories, and can not be distracted by the problems associated with the service of transgender.
