Bolton advised Maduro to take advantage of the amnesty and leave Venezuela

National Security Advisor John Bolton suggested that Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro amnesty and take the opportunity to leave the country.
According to Censor.NET with reference to Radio Liberty , Bolton on the Twitter web site wished Maduro after the resignation of "quiet life on a good beach, away from Venezuela."
Earlier, the Venezuelan parliament's chairman Huang Guaido said he could announce the amnesty of Maduro and his associates if democracy is to emerge in the country.
On January 23, Huang Guaido declared himself a temporary president of the country, because earlier the parliament recognized the re-election of the incumbent president, Nicholas Maduro, to the post of President of the country unconstitutional. Immediately thereafter, US President Donald Trump said he recognized Guaido as the new interim president.
