Twitter quickly loses users and will hide statistics about it

The number of monthly Twitter users has declined in three quarters, and from the first quarter of 2019, the company decided to stop announcing the number of lost users

The company announced that it has lost around five million users for the "last months" of 2018. Thus, Twitter has about 321 million monthly users. This is the lowest rate of social networking in the last two years, journalists said. Reductions were explained by the removal of accounts that could offend other users or engage in political manipulation.
Instead of announcing the number of monthly users, Twitter will disclose data about users who enter the social network every day. It is currently about 126 million. In 2018, this figure was 115 million.
In addition, Twitter earnings for the quarter increased by 24% to $909 million. Of these, $781 million came from advertising. Net profit for the quarter amounted to $255 million.
