Special services of the Russian Federation are preparing for the election campaign for the distribution of false exit polls in order to then declare the elections illegitimate

Russian intelligence services, with the support of local influential groups, are preparing a campaign to disseminate false expatrice data in Ukraine. The purpose is to announce elections illegitimate, and their results are false.

This was stated by the former employee of the Main Directorate of Intelligence of Ukraine Yuriy Smyshchuk, who was the former head of the Special Operations Department of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Sergey Litvinenko, reports Tsensor.NET with reference to " Information Resistance".

"According to our data, political analysts from the Center for Political Conjuncture, Chesnakov, have developed recommendations for the Kremlin and pro-Russian forces in Ukraine to disseminate fake data of exit polls during the presidential election. It is envisaged to use false data of polling polls at polling stations to be announced in the evening March 31, in order to chaotize the election process and create grounds for the Kremlin's statement that the president of Ukraine was illegitimate", - said Smyshchuk.

According to him, for the dissemination of false data it is planned to attract the so-called "Consulting Alliances" - "situational and corrupt associations of small consulting groups that, in order to create an impression of credibility, will use English-language names and abbreviations, as closely as possible to the brands of well-known trust consulting companies."

For his part, Litvinenko said that the introduction of "fake" data of exit-fields is planned to be implemented in the Ukrainian, Russian and Western mass media in three stages.

"The first false data should appear on unofficial sources - social networks, Telegram channels, etc. - at around 1:00 pm on March 31. This information will be presented as the results of a poll of voters who voted from 8:00 to 12:00 and should demonstrate the allegedly low rating of the current president at 4-6%, the second stage will start around 17:00, and the second wave of fake data will be spread through unofficial channels, where the current president's rating will be higher, but he will remain on the 3- 4th place in the rating and necessarily after the prophecy H candidate"- he said.

"After 20:00, the third stage will begin - on pro-Russian TV channels and sites, as infographics, false data of exit polls will be published, where the difference in the rankings of the first 3-4 candidates will be presented as a minimum but with a high rating of the pro-Russian candidate. the emphasis on the alleged obstacles to such exit polls at polling stations", - added Litvinenko.
